From 19.7.2009. Adria-Mar Shipbuilding does business according to ISO 9001:2008 norm. Training of our internal auditors and organization of business process was completed prior to certification. Auditors from Bureau veritas inspected our documents and business process and were very satisfied with their findings.
Trials of Landing Ship Ibn Haritha

Exactly after one year, repair works on Libyan Navy landing ship Ibn Haritha are completed. For final testing of systems and newly installed MTU engines purpose, sea trials were held. After the repair works, the ship sailed at the maximum speed of 15.5 knots - the same as in 1975 when she was built.

Our team member, dipl.ing. Mario Žuvela is back from a professional training in Portugal. Three months of specialization at Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon included work on ship strength projects using FEM analysis.
Sucessful Launch of Hydrographic Boat in Tripoli

After one year of building and testing in Croatia, HV01 project was launched in Tripoli.
HV01 is a hydrographic boat intended for work in harbours and coastal areas. Training of sailors and hydrographic engineers and delivery was held after the launch. This is another successful project of special purpose craft construction by Adria-Mar.
Newbuildings No 305 & 306 Delivered

Adria-Mar Shipbuilding delivered the last two of six PV30-LS patrol boats for the Libyan Navy. Delivery is completed after successful crew training and trials.
The construction of six PV30-LS class patrol boats lasted for three years. Newbuildings No. 305 and 306 named Mersit and Tagreft will soon depart towards their home ports in Libya.
Ibn Haritha and Laheeb arrived in Kraljevica

With arrival of Laheeb (Combattante IIg class) and Ibn Haritha (LSTH PS 700 class) in Kraljevica, Adria-Mar continues with the repair commissions for Libyan navy. Repair works for Ibn Haritha and Laheeb should be finished in 12 and 24 months respectively.
